Rates as of September 2026, Section 301 product actions on top of general China tariffs. The general rates changed in July 2026 and are due for review in November 2026. Cambodia origin carries none of the China specific surcharges. Your quotation states the tariff basis used in the landed cost. Buyers outside the United States: none of this applies to you, and your quotation is priced for your port of entry.

How a Landed Cost Is Built

  1. 1Factory priceEx works, per unit, stated on the quotation.
  2. 2Our feeOne agreed fee, shown as its own line, never inside the unit price.
  3. 3Freight and insuranceTo your port, quoted from the forwarder's rate on the date.
  4. 4Normal dutyThe HTS code rate that applies to any origin.
  5. 5China general ratesThe Section 301 list rate for the HTS code and the country rate in force, for China origin only.
  6. 6Product specific Section 301The 50% or 100% surcharges above, where the category is covered.
  7. 7Cambodia originLines 5 and 6 fall away. The Cambodia country rate applies instead.
