Trust ID. the Trail, on the Carton.

A QR code printed on every carton and on the product itself opens the order it came from. Anyone downstream can check what they are holding, from your receiving dock to a nurse on the ward, without an account and without asking us.

Who It Is For

Your Receiving Dock

Scan the carton, match the lot to the purchase order, check the inspection was released before it shipped.

Your Quality Team

The test reports and the technical file in one place, ready for a value analysis committee, an audit or a tender.

Your Customers

If you resell or private label, the scan shows your brand and the file behind it. Your customers see a product they can check, not a promise.

The Person Wearing It

A nurse who scans the gown sees the level, the test and who made it. That is the point.

How It Works, Order by Order

At Spec Lock

The order gets its Trust ID. The QR is added to the carton artwork and, on apparel, to the product label.

During Production

Each trail step writes to the same record: material lot, QC photos, test reports, inspection.

At Shipping

The document set is attached. The record is frozen. Nothing on it can be edited after release.

After Delivery

The scan stays live for the life of the product. Re orders start from the same record.

Products That Carry Trust ID Today

Trust ID is standard on every apparel order from our network's apparel factories. On the rest of the catalog it is applied at order level once the trail starts. These products carry it on the product label as well as the carton.

Questions About Trust ID

Do I need an account or an app to scan it?

No. Any phone camera opens it. There is nothing to install and nothing to log into.

Can the record be changed after shipping?

No. The record is frozen at release. Anything added after that, such as a question or a re order, is shown as a later event with its own time stamp.

Who can see my order?

The trail behind a Trust ID shows the product, the tests, the factory and the documents. It never shows your price, your other orders or any other client. What is visible on a scan is agreed with you at spec lock.

Does it work on private label products?

Yes. The scan shows your brand and your artwork, with the technical file behind it. You decide whether the factory name is visible to your customers.

Can I scan a sample before I order?

Yes. Request a sample and it arrives with a live Trust ID from a previous run of the same product, so you can see the file before you commit.
